The GURUS team is making a significant difference in shaping the lives of young people through targeted outreach and mentorship initiatives. We have visited nine secondary schools and universities, directly engaging with hundreds of students to offer guidance, inspiration, and practical strategies for achieving their goals. These interactions aim to ignite ambition and equip students with the confidence and tools necessary to thrive academically and professionally.
Our influence extends beyond school visits. Recently, a GURUS representative served as a keynote speaker at the prestigious Equity Bank Leaders Program. This impactful mentoring initiative brought together the brightest minds—top-performing youth from the latest UACE exams—to provide them with leadership training, mentorship, and valuable insights into achieving excellence. By participating in such programs, we are not only motivating students but also reinforcing the importance of resilience, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership.
